This was my original netbook Acquisition and I had a fair majority of analysis requirements of absitively you want to buy. This seemed to accept votes beyond acceptability Shine profile and I acclimatized Asus objects in my previous desktop. I am a full time apprentice and the amount was a bargain, even Amazon has the best deal, at least back in charge of shipping. Here is my understanding so far:
The good:
I admired the netbook. It's not only adorable and your laptop, do not accept travel abundant agitation by a full keyboard admeasurement difficult to absorb, and the tent was bright and clear. Accouterments for it, is almost as quick and reliable. They are mostly the application to do school work (Microsoft Office Suite), Web analytics, etc and is definitely for those activities. I have not approved any amateur large balloon to it yet, but I'm higher definition video in full screen without problems. I made progress with 2 GB of RAM and I animated I did. Battery performance was abundant and equipment (power cables, etc.) accept funkperfectly said. It 'came with Windows 7 *. When you invest not processed in a laptop, this is a good baby step away from the PC desktop.
The bad:
This is not really a negative comment for the ASUS as well as Microsoft Windows 7 Starter has a lot of Goofy, irritating limitations. Luckily, they took the three applications are running away in a time limit, but you can not even have the background on your home screen. I only had about a week and I doubt I could find the restrictions (Microsoft Outlook is not installed?). Unlike Windows, you probably want to eliminate most of the preinstalled software, as it is not really useful and necessary. Even if the surface is quite shiny, fingerprints are terrible. The sleeves are really just best to get a sock to get a good case. is somewhat tinny speakers, but that's to be expected.
other thoughts:
Good idea for someone with a budget that is not looking for a super-hiGH machine performance. You can upgrade to the full version of Windows 7 (on most $ 60 to 70), but I'm not sure spending my money on it. If you have children, you probably want to steal from you.
